Hunter mushroom brochette
Ingredients
- Hunter beef shredded 1 cup
- Mushroom 6 sliced
- Onion 1 chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese ½ cup
- French loaf 1 cut into thick slices
- Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Method
- Cut bread into ½ inch thick slices, brush with pizza sauce, and bake for 10 minutes, top with prepared filling and pipe a swirl of cream cheese garnish with coriander leaves, glazed cherries or pineapple cubes.
Method for filling
- Heat 2 tbsp oil add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, cook for 2 minutes, add sliced mushroom and hunter beef, add salt, pepper, oregano mix well remove from heat.
