Hunter mushroom brochette


Ingredients
  • Hunter beef shredded 1 cup
  • Mushroom 6 sliced
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese ½ cup
  • French loaf 1 cut into thick slices
  • Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Method
  • Cut bread into ½ inch thick slices, brush with pizza sauce, and bake for 10 minutes, top with prepared filling and pipe a swirl of cream cheese garnish with coriander leaves, glazed cherries or pineapple cubes.
Method for filling
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, cook for 2 minutes, add sliced mushroom and hunter beef, add salt, pepper, oregano mix well remove from heat.
