Prawn Rice Thai Ball


Ingredients
  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Boiled rice 200 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Fresh red chilies 2
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Lemon skin ½ tsp
  • Sesame seed 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • In chopper put together ½ kg prawns, 1 onion, 2 green chilies, 2 fresh red chilies, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, salt to taste and ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Chopperize well and then remove mixture in a bowl. 
  • In another bowl mix together 200 gm boiled rice, ½ tsp lemon skin, 1 egg, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, few coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix well.Now add in prawn mixture and mix well.
  • Dust your palm with dry flour, make small balls with the rice mixture and then deep fry in oil till golden brown.Serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
