Chicken Peppery Pizza
Ingredients for Topping
- Chicken breast 2
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Lemon 1
- Green chilies chopped 3
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
- Parsley ¼ bunch
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomato paste ½ cup
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Basil ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Dough
- Flour 250 gm
- Egg 2
- Milk ½ cup
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Dissolve 1 tbsp yeast in ½ cup milk, now mix with 250 gm flour.Also add 2 beaten eggs, salt to taste and 3 tbsp butter. Mix well and knead to dough with water as required. Cover with a foil and keep in a warm place to rise.Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 cloves of garlic and 2 chopped chicken breast.Fry well till golden brown.
- Remove chicken and keep aside. In the same pan add ½ cup tomato paste, ½ tsp basil, salt to taste, ½ tsp oregano, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper and ¼ bunch of chopped parsley.Cook for 2 minutes.Spread prepared dough in pizza pan, brush sides of the dough with beaten egg. Also spread 3 tbsp butter on top.
- Now spread prepared tomato sauce on top.Top with chicken filling.Now sprinkle chopped onion and chopped capsicum on top.Cover top with 1 packet of grated mozzarella cheese.Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 15 minutes.Remove from oven, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and serve hot.
