Gobi Manchurian


Ingredients
  • Cauliflower 1 medium
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp heaped
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
Method
  • Make a paste of flour, corn flour salt and water to form a thick batter.Dip the cauliflower florets in the paste and deep fry till light golden and crisp, keep aside.In a wok heat ¼ cup oil. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and green chilies, mix well.Add soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, ketchup, add fried cauliflower, toss well to coat, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
