Glazed Icing Chocolate Pastries
Ingredients for glazed icing for chocolate pastries
- Icing sugar 1 cup
- Butter 1 tsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a saucepan melt 1tsp butter .Add 1tbsp cocoa powder, 1 cup icing sugar and 1tbsp water. Stir and cook on a low flame until smooth and glossy Pour over chocolate pastry.Decorate as required.
