Orange oat crisp


Ingredients
  • Oats 1 ½ cup
  • Orange juice 1 tbsp
  • Orange rind 1 tsp
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Brown sugar ¼ cup
  • Granulated sugar ½ cup
  • Egg 1
Method
  • Beat egg until frothy .Add both the sugar and oil. Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Also add in orange juice, orange rind and oats.Mix lightly; drop by cookie spoon on to a greased cookie sheet.Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
