Orange oat crisp
Ingredients
- Oats 1 ½ cup
- Orange juice 1 tbsp
- Orange rind 1 tsp
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Flour 1 cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Brown sugar ¼ cup
- Granulated sugar ½ cup
- Egg 1
Method
- Beat egg until frothy .Add both the sugar and oil. Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Also add in orange juice, orange rind and oats.Mix lightly; drop by cookie spoon on to a greased cookie sheet.Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
