Mi goreng noodles


Ingredients
  • Medium sized prawns 200g
  • Onions 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Egg 2
  • Spring onions 2
  • Fresh red chilies 2
  • Chinese cabbage ¼ piece
  • Egg noodles 1/2packet
  • Oil 1/4cup
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
Method
  • Boil1/2 packet egg noodles, drain and keep aside.Julienne cut the carrot, spring onions,1/4 piece Chinese.Cut the prawns lengthwise, into two halves.Heat 1/4cup of oil in a pan and add 4-5 cloves of garlic until they turn golden brown .Then add the prawns and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • When the color of the prawns changes remove from the pan.In the same pan add the chopped onions and fry till tendered.Add all the vegetables and fry for 1-2 or until tender.
  • Then add 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2tbsp fish sauce,2tbsp soya sauce,2tbsp chili sauce, salt as required and sesame oil. Stir for 1-2 minutes.Add ½ packet of the boiled egg noodles and mix
  • Then add the prawns and mix again for another 2 minutes.Turn the flame off. in a bowl mix the 2 eggs with salt and pepper to taste.Fry thin omelets , roll and cut into slices.Dish the noodles out and garnish with the rolled omelets.
