Four season sandwich loaf


Ingredients
  • Sandwich loaf 1 horizontally sliced in 6 layers
  • Cream whipped 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
Method
  • Cut the loaf into 6 layers, beat cream stiff, chill in fridge till we require to use.
Ingredients for green layer
  • Chicken boiled and shredded 2 breast
  • Thick white sauce 1 cup
  • Green food color few drops
Method
  • Mix the shredded chicken in white sauce, add drops of green food color and mix well. 
Ingredients Yellow layer:
  • Egg boiled and mashed 2
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Yellow food color pinch
Method
  • Mash eggs with fork mix with mayonese, salt, pepper and yellow color.
Ingredients Red layer:
  • Bhunna keema ½ cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Red food color pinch
Method
  • In your cook mince mix cream, red food color, and tomato ketchup
Ingredients for garnish
  • Boiled and mash potatoes 3
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped ½ cup
  • Food colors red yellow and green
Method
  • Divide the mash potatoes in 3 parts; color each part with red, yellow and green, keep aside.
To assemble
  • Put 1 bread slice on a flat surface, spread with green layer, put second slice on top spread with butter and mayonnaise, yellow filling evenly, 3rd slice spread with butter and mayones, spread ketchup on the slice, cover a slice with red layer and s=lace a another sliced over it, repeat the procedure till 6 layers are complete, cover the loaf with stifle beaten cream from all the sides, put potato mixture in piping bag, decorate with mash potato.
