Ingredients
- Beef fillet ½ kg
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Almonds 1 tbsp ground
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp grinded
- Oil ½ cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 chopped
- Lemon 1
- Tomato 1
- French fries ½ cup
Method
- Marinate ½ kg beef fillet with 1tbsp raw papaya, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.Beat yogurt, add in 1tsp chili powder, 1/4tsp turmeric, 1tbsps ground almonds and coconut, 2tbsp ground brown onions and the marinated beef fillet. Mix wellHeat oil in a pan and spread the beef fillets.Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Top with green masala, French fries and tomato slices.
