Coconut macrons


Ingredients
  • Egg whites 6 ounces
  • Sugar 12 ounces
  • Desiccated coconut 6 ounces
  • Pink color 2 drops
  • Vanilla essence few drops
Method
  • In a sauce pan mix together egg whites, sugar, desiccated coconut, pink color and vanilla essence cook on low flame stirring continuously till it boils.Spread the cooked macrons batter over wooden base and leave it till it cools.
  • Grease a baking tray, dust with flour, put spoonfuls of batter on the tray, preheat oven to 160 degree C and bake for 30 minutes till it becomes golden brown.
