Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- Cooking chocolate 250 gm
- Egg 4
- Castor sugar ¼ cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Milk ½ liter
- Vanilla essence few drops
Method
- Mix together ½ liter milk, ½ cup sugar and 4 eggs.Cook 250 gm chocolate in double boiler, remove a little chocolate for garnish and keep aside.Add melted chocolate to the milk mixture, pour this mixture in a greased pudding mold.
- Bake pudding in water bath on 200 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.Melt the remaining chocolate, add ¼ cup castor sugar and few drops of vanilla essence. Mix well and pour on top of pudding.
