Chocolate Pudding


Ingredients
  • Cooking chocolate 250 gm
  • Egg 4
  • Castor sugar ¼ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Vanilla essence few drops 
Method
  • Mix together ½ liter milk, ½ cup sugar and 4 eggs.Cook 250 gm chocolate in double boiler, remove a little chocolate for garnish and keep aside.Add melted chocolate to the milk mixture, pour this mixture in a greased pudding mold.
  • Bake pudding in water bath on 200 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.Melt the remaining chocolate, add ¼ cup castor sugar and few drops of vanilla essence. Mix well and pour on top of pudding.
