Chicken paneer reshmi
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless ½ kg thinly sliced
- Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
- Cottage cheese 200 gm cut in finger shallow fried till light golden
- Salt 1 tsp + ½ tsp
- Onion 2 medium sliced
- Green chilies 4 sliced diagonally
- Black pepper coarsely crushed 1 tsp + ½ tsp
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Capsicum 1 sliced
- Butter 2ounce + 1 ounce
- Oil ¼ cup
- Tomato 1 cut in Julian
Method
- Heat 2 ounce butter in a handi add sliced onion, capsicum and tomatoes, fry for 2 minutes with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp crushed black pepper and remove in a bowl, in the same handi add ¼ cup oil and 1 ounce butter, add chicken slices with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, fry for 10 minutes till chicken tender, now add to it fried vegetables, fried paneer fingers, fresh cream, cover and cook on dum for 5 minutes.
