Fried ice-cream
Ingredients
- Swiss roll of 3 eggs
- Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
- Ingredients for batter
- Flour 2 ounces
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Milk ½ cup
- Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Method
- Make Swiss roll cut with round cutter, put a scoop of ice cream, cover with another round cake piece mold it into a ball, freeze overnight, make batter, dip balls in batter, deep fry. Serve immediately.
