Fried ice-cream


Ingredients

  • Swiss roll of 3 eggs
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Ingredients for batter
  • Flour 2 ounces
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Method
  • Make Swiss roll cut with round cutter, put a scoop of ice cream, cover with another round cake piece mold it into a ball, freeze overnight, make batter, dip balls in batter, deep fry. Serve immediately.
