Data darbar k chawal
Ingredients
- Rice ½ kg
- Boiled chic piece 2 cups
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp heaped
- Onion 1 sliced
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 2to3
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- Soak chic piece overnight with ½ tsp soda, next morning wash well, boil in fresh water till tender and 1 cup stock left, heat ½ cup oil add sliced onion, fry light golden, add ginger garlic paste, fresh chilies, chopped tomatoes and black pepper, fry well add boiled chic piece with stock add soaked rice with 2 cups water, cover and cook on high flame for 10 minutes, lower flame and cook on dum, add whole green chilies. Serve hot.
