Oreo macroon madness
Ingredients
- Brownies 6
- Fresh cream 3 cups whipped
- Caster sugar 4 tbsp heaped
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Oreo biscuits crushed 2 cups
- Coconut macroons crushed 2 cups
Method
- Put a layer of brownie in a pan, spread with chopped macroons, beat cream stiff with caster sugar and cocoa powder, spread over brownie top with crushed oreo biscuits all over drizzle with chocolate sauce, decorate with fresh cream, serve chilled.
