Okhai fried fish


Ingredients
  • Fish ½ kg
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
  • Onion 1 coarsely chopped
Method
  • Wash fish well, in a bowl mix together chili powder, coriander, turmeric, all spice, vinegar, garlic, cumin, mix well apply on fish pieces and leave it for 30 minutes, heat ½ cup oil fry fish on both sides till light golden, remove In the same oil in which we fried the fish add the remaining masala, fry well add chopped tomatoes and chopped onion, return back the fried fish cover and cook on dum till oil comes on top. Serve garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
