Lemon Jelly Icecream

Lemon jelly ice cream


Ingredients
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Icing sugar 4 tbsp
  • Lemon jelly 1 packet
  • Cream whipped 1 cup
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Praline ½ cup
Method
  • Dissolve 1 packet jelly crystals in ½ cup water, blend together, 1 tin chilled evaporated milk, ½ cup condensed milk, 4 tbsp icing sugar, 1 cup cream, 1 tsp coffee and 1 tsp coco and lemon jelly, blend very well, freeze till set in an air tight box. Serve sprinkled with ½ cup praline.
