Lemon jelly ice cream
Ingredients
- Evaporated milk 1 tin
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Icing sugar 4 tbsp
- Lemon jelly 1 packet
- Cream whipped 1 cup
- Coffee 1 tsp
- Coco powder 1 tsp
- Water ½ cup
- Praline ½ cup
Method
- Dissolve 1 packet jelly crystals in ½ cup water, blend together, 1 tin chilled evaporated milk, ½ cup condensed milk, 4 tbsp icing sugar, 1 cup cream, 1 tsp coffee and 1 tsp coco and lemon jelly, blend very well, freeze till set in an air tight box. Serve sprinkled with ½ cup praline.
