Crispy Chicken Balls
Ingredients
- Chicken (cut into 2 tikka pieces) ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
- Egg 2
- Bread (soaked in little water) 3 slices
- Corn crumbs as required
Method
- Boil ½ kg chicken with 1 cup of water, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp Wooster sauce, cook till chicken is tender and thick gravy left, shred the chicken and remove bones. Mix the soaked bread slices with the chicken and 1 beaten egg, mix all well make into balls, dip the balls in beaten egg, roll in corn crumbs, deep fry till light golden.
