Continental fried chops
Ingredients
- Chops ½ kg flattened
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Meat tenderizer ¾ tsp
- Wooster shier sauce 2 tbsp
- Bread slice 1 large chopped
- Black pepper ¾ tsp
- Mustard powder ¾ tsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs as required
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
- Marinate1/2 kg flatten chops with 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Salt, ¾ tsp Meat tenderizer, 2 tbsp Wooster shier sauce, 1 large chop Bread slice, ¾ tsp Black pepper, ¾ tsp Mustard powder, 1Egg, 2 tbsp Lemon juice then coat chops with bread crumbs and deep fry in on low flame in a frying pan.
