Sabzi Chicken Biryani
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
- Brown onion 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Potatoes 3 cut into medium cubes
- French beans 1 ½ cup cut into 1 inch pieces
- Dill ½ bunch finely chopped
- Fenugreek leaves 4 bunches chopped
- Peas ½ cup
- Rice ½ kg
- Salt 2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Heat ½ cup oil add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 chopped tomatoes, fry well add ½ cup brown onion with chicken fry for 5 minutes, now add all the vegetables with 1 ½ cup water, cover and cook till chicken and vegetables done, place the boil rice over the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture, sprinkle the reserved onion, chopped coriander, 2 tbsp lemon juice, cover tightly, cook on sum for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
