Chaza Chicken Parcels


Ingredients
  • Rice vermicelli 100 gm
  • Chicken mince 1 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 6
  • Samosa patti 3 dozen
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped 4 tbsp
Method
  • Soak 100 gm rice vermicelli in hot water for half an hour, drain well, cut into pieces, heat 1 tbsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, fry for 2 minutes, add 1 cup chicken mince with 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 1 tbsp sugar, cook for 10 minutes till mixture dries, remove, add chopped greens, fill mixture into samosa pattis to form into a parcel, seal well, deep fry in hot oil till light golden, serve with chili garlic sauce.
