Chaza Chicken Parcels
Ingredients
- Rice vermicelli 100 gm
- Chicken mince 1 cup
- Green chilies chopped 6
- Samosa patti 3 dozen
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped 4 tbsp
Method
- Soak 100 gm rice vermicelli in hot water for half an hour, drain well, cut into pieces, heat 1 tbsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, fry for 2 minutes, add 1 cup chicken mince with 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 1 tbsp sugar, cook for 10 minutes till mixture dries, remove, add chopped greens, fill mixture into samosa pattis to form into a parcel, seal well, deep fry in hot oil till light golden, serve with chili garlic sauce.
