Trifle pudding
Ingredients
- Plain cake 1 pound
- Green Jelly 1 packet
- Red Jelly 1 packet
- Mixed fruit chopped 2 cups
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Fruit juice 1 cup
- Milk 3 cups
- Caster sugar 6 tbsp heaped
- Vanilla Custard powder 4 tbsp
Method
- Set the jelly in 1 cup water for each packet, make custard by boiling 3 cups milk, 6 tbsp sugar, along with 4 tbsp custard powder, place the 1 pound cake cubes at the bottom of the bowl, sprinkle with 1 cup fruit juice, then spread 2 cups chopped fruit, both the colored jelly crystals, pour the custard, decorate with 1 cup whipped cream and cherries. Serve chilled.
