Trifle pudding


Ingredients
  • Plain cake 1 pound
  • Green Jelly 1 packet
  • Red Jelly 1 packet
  • Mixed fruit chopped 2 cups
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Fruit juice 1 cup
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Caster sugar 6 tbsp heaped
  • Vanilla Custard powder 4 tbsp
Method
  1. Set the jelly in 1 cup water for each packet, make custard by boiling 3 cups milk, 6 tbsp sugar, along with 4 tbsp custard powder, place the 1 pound cake cubes at the bottom of the bowl, sprinkle with 1 cup fruit juice, then spread 2 cups chopped fruit, both the colored jelly crystals, pour the custard, decorate with 1 cup whipped cream and cherries. Serve chilled.
