Pepper fried chili fish
Ingredients
- Fish fillets 300 gm
- Egg 1
- Finely sliced capsicum 1
- Butter pepper 2
- Finely sliced green chili 5-6
- Green coriander ¼ bunch
- Chopped black pepper 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut the butter paper into wide square shapes. Then cut 300 gm fish fillets in 4-5 inch pieces. After that take 5-6 green chilies, 1 capsicum and ¼ bunch of green coriander, cut them in Julian shape. Marmite the fish with 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tbsp black pepper crushed and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Then put 1 fish piece on butter paper with some vegetables. Whip 1 egg and polish the corners of butter paper to pack them. When all the packets get ready, deep fry them for 5-6 minutes. In the end open the butter papers, take the fish out and serve.
