Pepper fried chili fish


Ingredients
  • Fish fillets 300 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Finely sliced capsicum 1
  • Butter pepper 2
  • Finely sliced green chili 5-6
  • Green coriander ¼ bunch
  • Chopped black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Cut the butter paper into wide square shapes. Then cut 300 gm fish fillets in 4-5 inch pieces. After that take 5-6 green chilies, 1 capsicum and ¼ bunch of green coriander, cut them in Julian shape. Marmite the fish with 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tbsp black pepper crushed and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Then put 1 fish piece on butter paper with some vegetables. Whip 1 egg and polish the corners of butter paper to pack them. When all the packets get ready, deep fry them for 5-6 minutes. In the end open the butter papers, take the fish out and serve.
