Tomato Soup


Ingredients
  • ½ kg crushed tomatoes
  • 1 bay leave
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 1 piece chopped ginger
  • 2 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 4 glass water
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
Method
  1. Boil ½ kg tomatoes and blend them in a blender.Then fry 1 chopped onion in 1 tbsp butter until it is golden brown and add 1 chopped carrot, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 piece chopped ginger and mix well.
  2. Then add tomatoes, 4 glass water, 1 bay leaf, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp sugar, 4 tbsp vinegar and ½ tsp black pepper in it. Also add 1 tbsp cornflour and stir.
  3. When the mixture starts to boil , turn the flame off. Mouthwatering Tomato soup is ready to serve.
