Potato masala sandwich
Ingredients
- Boiled potato 2
- Tomato 2
- Onion 1
- Small cucumber 1
- Bread slices 6
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Ice berg ¼ flower
- Green coriander ¼ bunch
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Chopped red chili 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut the potatoes in cubes. Now in a wok heat 2 tbsp oil, then add boiled potatoes, 1 tsp chopped red chili, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tbsp tamarind paste, ¼ bunch green coriander and salt to taste with ¼ cup water, cook till the water gets dry, then take it out and mash it with the help of folk.
- In between add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise. Now finely cut 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and 1 onion. Put the mayonnaise on 3 slices of bread, then put ice berg and mashed potatoes, spread them. Then put 1 tbsp mayonnaise each. Cut into sandwiches. The dish is ready to serve.
