Mexican potatoes


Ingredients
  • Potatoes 1/2kg
  • Onions 1
  • Olives 6
  • Red or green chilies 6
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Paprika 1/2tsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2tsp
  • Garlic 2tsp
  • Oil 4tbsp
Method
  1. Dice the potatoes and boil them in water for 5 minutes.Heat 4tbsps of oil in a skillet and fry 1 chopped along along with 2tsps chopped garlic for 2 minutes.Add 1tsp red chili powder,1tsp cumin seeds,1/2tsp paprika,1/2tsp salt and 1/2tsp cinnamon powder.
  2. Mix well and add the boiled potatoes .Cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.Dish out and garnish with green and red chilies.The Mexican potatoes are ready to serve.
