Mango ice cream


Ingredients
  • Mango pulp 250 gm
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Gallatin powder 2 tsp
  • Mango essence ½ tsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
Method
  1. In 250 gm mango pulp add 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp gelatin powder, cook them. When sugar gets dissolved, close the flame. In a blender add 1 cup milk, 1 tin condensed milk, ½ tsp mango essence and cooked mango pulp, blend for a minute. 
  2. Then put this batter in an air tight box and freeze it for 4 hours. Tasty mango ice cream is ready to serve.
