Macaroni Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled macaroni
- 250 grams boneless chicken
- 2 sliced spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 4 sliced green chilies
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup plain flour
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp sautéed cumin seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Method
- In a chopper, add 1 cup boiled macaroni, 2 sliced spring onions and 4 chopped green chilies. Chop finely and take out into a bowl.
- Mix the mixture with a beaten egg, 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sautéed cumin seeds, 1 tsp crushed garlic and ½ cup plain flour. Form small balls of this mixture.
- Now dip macaroni balls in a beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in pre heated oil. Macaroni Balls are ready.
