Macaroni Balls


Ingredients
  • 1 cup boiled macaroni
  • 250 grams boneless chicken
  • 2 sliced spring onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 sliced green chilies
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp sautéed cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Oil for frying
Method
  1. In a chopper, add 1 cup boiled macaroni, 2 sliced spring onions and 4 chopped green chilies. Chop finely and take out into a bowl.
  2. Mix the mixture with a beaten egg, 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sautéed cumin seeds, 1 tsp crushed garlic and ½ cup plain flour. Form small balls of this mixture.
  3. Now dip macaroni balls in a beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in pre heated oil. Macaroni Balls are ready.
