Khushk doodh ka halwa
Ingredients
- Dry milk 2 cup
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Cardamom 4
- Eggs 4
- Walnut ½ cup
- Butter ½ cup
- Almonds, pistachios 50 gm
- Kewra 1 tbsp
Method
- In a pot heat ½ cup butter, then add and golden brown 2 cups of dry milk. Now add 4 whipped eggs, stir till the color change. Then add 1 tin condensed milk, cook further for 5 minutes. after that add ½ cup walnut, 4 cardamom and 1 tbsp kewra, mix them well and spread on a greased tray. In the end garnish with 50 gm almonds, pistachios, leave it to cool. Khushk doodh ka halwa is ready.
