Ice cream fruit custard


Ingredients for ice cream
  • Mango pulp 2 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Lukewarm water ½ cup
  • Gelatin powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for custard
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Mixed fruit 2 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Beaten cream 100gm
  • Cherry as required
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Strawberry custard 2 tbsp
Method
  1. Dissolve 1 tsp gelatin powder in ½ cup water.In a blender, add 2 cup mango pulp, 1 cup milk, 1 packet cream, gelatin, ½ cup sugar and 1 cup condensed milk. Blend well and pour into an air tight box. Freeze.
  2. To make custard, cook ½ liter milk. When it boils, add 2 tbsp strawberry custard and let it thicken.Now add ½ tsp vanilla essence and frozen ice cream.
  3. Garnish with 100gm beaten cream. Put 2 cups mixed fruits in the middle and cherries as required.Delicious ice cream fruit custard is ready to serve.
