Ingredients
  • 1-½ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 100 grams cooking chocolate for sauce
  • 150 grams butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
  1. Firstly, in a bowl, add 150 grams butter, 1 cup icing sugar and ½ cup brown sugar and beat them together properly.Then add 1 beaten egg and ½ tsp vanilla essence in it.Also add 2 tbsp coco powder, 1-½ cup flour and 1 cup chocolate chips in it and fold.
  2. Then with the help of a spoon, pour the mixture with equal distance on an already greased tray and bake it in pre heated 170c oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Then dip cookies in 100 grams cooking chocolate and garnish 1 cup walnuts. Delicious Chip and Dip Cookies are ready to serve.
