Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 6 pieces
- Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
- Egg white 2
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl take ½ kg chicken strips, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and salt to taste. Mix well and leave it for 2 minutes.Then add 2-3 tbsp corn flour, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, ½ tsp crushed black pepper and ½ tsp sugar. Keep aside for 5 more minutes.
- Then roll the marinated chicken strips in bread crumbs and fry in the required oil.Chicken fingers are ready to serve.
