Chicken Fingers


Ingredients
  • Chicken fillet 6 pieces
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Egg white 2
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method
  1. In a bowl take ½ kg chicken strips, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and salt to taste. Mix well and leave it for 2 minutes.Then add 2-3 tbsp corn flour, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, ½ tsp crushed black pepper and ½ tsp sugar. Keep aside for 5 more minutes.
  2. Then roll the marinated chicken strips in bread crumbs and fry in the required oil.Chicken fingers are ready to serve.
