Chicken egg fried rice


Ingredients
  • Rice 1 kg (soak about 20 minutes)
  • Egg 6
  • spring onion leaves 1cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil few drops
  • Orange color a pinch
  • Finely chopped Carrots 2
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Peeled garlic cloves 6
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  1. In a large pan boil 1 kg rice in a plenty of water with 1 tsp white vinegar and salt .After they get boiled take the water out of it. Cover with a lid on low flame and leave it for some time.Then place the rice on the news paper so that rice remains dry and crispy.
  2. In wok heat oil, add ginger garlic and golden brown it.Beat the eggs with orange color and add to the oil with continuous stirring.When eggs formed into small pieces add vegetables, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and flour and fry. Then add rice in it. Mix well. 
  3. When it gets completely mixed pour few drops of Sesame seed oil on it. Serve hot.
