Capsicum Rice


Ingredients
  • ½ kg rice
  • ½ kg capsicum
  • 250 grams spring onion
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • ½ tsp yellow food color
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp soya sauce
Method
  1. Firstly, boil ½ kg rice with ½ tsp yellow food color and sieve. In a pan, heat ½ cup oil and fry 2 beaten eggs and take it out and cut them into small pieces. In the same oil, fry 1 tbsp garlic in it. Then add ½ kg capsicum, 250 gram spring onion and rice in it. 
  2. Also add 4 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp black pepper in it and mix it properly and turn off the stove. Delicious Capsicum Rice is ready to serve.
