Capsicum Rice
Ingredients
- ½ kg rice
- ½ kg capsicum
- 250 grams spring onion
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic
- ½ tsp yellow food color
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
Method
- Firstly, boil ½ kg rice with ½ tsp yellow food color and sieve. In a pan, heat ½ cup oil and fry 2 beaten eggs and take it out and cut them into small pieces. In the same oil, fry 1 tbsp garlic in it. Then add ½ kg capsicum, 250 gram spring onion and rice in it.
- Also add 4 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp black pepper in it and mix it properly and turn off the stove. Delicious Capsicum Rice is ready to serve.
