Brown Rice and Spinach
Ingredients
- Fresh spinach 1 bunch
- Brown rice 1 Cup
- Butter 1/4 tsp
- Onion 2
Method
- Steam spinach; after spinach is cooked, approximately 5 minutes.Use excess water for cooking brown rice.Cook rice accordingly. In frying pan, saute onion (chopped small) in butter.
- After rice is cooked, add spinach which needs to be cut into small pieces,& onion.Mix well
