Brown Rice and Spinach


Ingredients
  • Fresh spinach 1 bunch
  • Brown rice 1 Cup
  • Butter 1/4 tsp
  • Onion 2
Method
  1. Steam spinach; after spinach is cooked, approximately 5 minutes.Use excess water for cooking brown rice.Cook rice accordingly. In frying pan, saute onion (chopped small) in butter.
  2. After rice is cooked, add spinach which needs to be cut into small pieces,& onion.Mix well
