Blue Berry Ice cups
Ingredients
- 1 tin blue berry
- 1 packet cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Cook 1 cup sugar in 2 cups milk.When it comes to a boil, dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in some water and mix with it.Beat together 2 egg whites and ½ tsp vanilla essence.
- In a blender, add 1 tin blue berry, 1 packet cream, cooked milk and 1 tbsp gelatin powder. Blend for 2 minutes.
- Mix blue berry mixture and eggs mixture, fill in an air tight jar and place in freezer for 4 hours.Take out in ice cups and serve tempting Blue Berry Ice Cups.
