Whole Wheat Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- Whole wheat 1/2kg
- Sugar 15 gram
- Yeast 20 gram
- White Butter 20 gram
- Salt 20 gram
For Chicken
- Chicken boneless 300 gram
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
For pizza sauce
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Thyme ½ tsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For topping
- Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ pkt
- Onion 1
- Oregano ½ tsp
For Pizza Dough
- In ½ kg flour, add 20gms yeast, 20 gms butter, 20 gms salt, 15gms sugar and water as required.Knead the dough.Cover this bowl with plastic wrap and leave for a while.
For Chicken
- In a wok, cook diced chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and olive oil.When chicken changes its color, add 1 cup water. Cover and let it cook.After 8-10 minutes, turn the flame up and let the water dry.Chicken topping for pizza is ready.
For pizza sauce
- In 3 tbsp olive oil, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and fry.Then add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, salt to taste and tomato paste. Then add ¼ cup water and cook on low flame.When the water dries, the sauce is ready.
For topping
- Grease pizza pan.Spread the dough in it, and apply oil on its edges with a brush.Now spread pizza sauce on dough.Put chicken cubes, slices onions and mozzarella cheese on top of it.In the end, sprinkle ½ tsp oregano.
- Put the baking tray in oven.Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C.Delicious whole wheat chicken pizza is ready to serve.
