Whole Wheat Chicken Pizza


Ingredients
  • Whole wheat 1/2kg
  • Sugar 15 gram
  • Yeast 20 gram
  • White Butter 20 gram
  • Salt 20 gram
For Chicken
  • Chicken boneless 300 gram
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
For pizza sauce
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
For topping
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ pkt
  • Onion 1
  • Oregano ½ tsp
For Pizza Dough
  1. In ½ kg flour, add 20gms yeast, 20 gms butter, 20 gms salt, 15gms sugar and water as required.Knead the dough.Cover this bowl with plastic wrap and leave for a while.
For Chicken
  1. In a wok, cook diced chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and olive oil.When chicken changes its color, add 1 cup water. Cover and let it cook.After 8-10 minutes, turn the flame up and let the water dry.Chicken topping for pizza is ready.
For pizza sauce
  1. In 3 tbsp olive oil, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and fry.Then add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, salt to taste and tomato paste. Then add ¼ cup water and cook on low flame.When the water dries, the sauce is ready.
For topping
  1. Grease pizza pan.Spread the dough in it, and apply oil on its edges with a brush.Now spread pizza sauce on dough.Put chicken cubes, slices onions and mozzarella cheese on top of it.In the end, sprinkle ½ tsp oregano. 
  2. Put the baking tray in oven.Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C.Delicious whole wheat chicken pizza is ready to serve.
