Up Side down Pineapple Pudding


Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 packet cream
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 pineapple slices
  • 6 cherries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
  1. In a blender, add 6 beaten eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 packet cream, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup caster sugar and 1 cup milk and blend.Make caramel of ½ cup sugar and spread on a cake mould. Place 6 pineapple slices on it and allow to cool.
  2. Then pour blended mixture on top and bake in a pre heated oven at 150 c.Take out of the oven and place on a dish upside down. Garnish with cherries and serve.
