Tomato and Capsicum Sabzi
Ingredients
- Tomato diced 3
- Capsicum diced 3
- Lemon 2
- Crushed red chili ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt To taste
Method
- In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Then add 3 diced capsicum and 3 diced tomato and stir fry for 2 minutes.Now add 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt to taste, ½ tsp crushed red chili powder and juice of 2 lemons in the pan. Dish out and serve with brown bread.
