Scrambled egg with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Egg 2
- Chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped capsicum 1
- Finely chopped potatoes 1
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Butter or margarine 1tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a pan, take 1tsp of butter or margarine. Add 2 beaten eggs and mix them. Make their pieces. After that take 1 tsp of butter, 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped capsicum and 1 finely chopped potatoes and stir fry them. Add salt to taste and black pepper in eggs. Scrambled egg with vegetables is ready to serve.
