Rabri Kheer


Ingredients
  • 2 kg milk
  • 250 grams whole dried milk
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup rice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp kewra
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • A silver paper
Method
  1. Wash 1 cup rice properly and soak for 4 hours. Then crush in a blender and keep aside.In a cooking pot, allow 2 kg milk to cook on low flame. Add crushed rice after a while and cook until milk has thickened.
  2. Now add ½ cup sugar, 1 tin condensed milk and ½ tsp cardamom powder and let it cook.When water has dried up, add 1 tbsp kewra, 250 grams whole dried milk, 2 tbsp almonds and 2 tbsp pistachios and turn off the flame.Garnish with a silver paper and serve tempting Rabri Kheer.
