Pink Pudding
Ingredients
- Strawberries chopparized 1 cup
- Caster sugar 6 tbsp heaped
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Strawberries jello 1 packet
- Mint leaves for decoration
- Wafer biscuits for decoration
Method
- Beat cream stiff with caster sugar and jello crystals fold in the strawberry puree, spoon mixture in to individual glasses, chill until set, decorate with mint leaves and wafer biscuits.
