Orange Jelly Salad
Ingredients
- Orange jelly powder 1 packet
- Almonds (chopped and peeled) 1 cup
- Lemon 2
- Finely chopped carrots 4
- Chopped coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
- Pour water and jelly in a hot pan. Allow it to freeze.Mix 2 tbsp, 4 finely chopped carrots, 1 cup chopped and peeled almonds and 2 lemon’s lemon juice. Add into the half frozen jelly mixture. Keep in the fridge and allow it to cool down.
- When it gets completely frozen, put the pan on the Luke warm water.Keep the pan upside down on the platter and let the jelly comes out.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lettuce.
