Fried Semolina Ball
Ingredients
- 100 gram semolina
- 2 medium boiled potatoes
- 3-4 finely chopped green chilies
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 2 tbsp daal channa powder
- Finely chopped coriander as required
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Firstly stir 100 gram semolina properly. When semolina is well stirred, add 2 tbsp clarified butter and ¼ tsp dried ginger powder in it. Add 2 boiled grated potatoes. Also add finely chopped 3 – 4 large green chilies.
- Then after 2 to 3 minutes, add 2 tbsp chanay ki daal ka powder and small quantity water in it. When all the ingredients are well combined, then with the help of hands form balls and serve it with yogurt raita.
