Extra Easy Cup Cakes
Ingredients
- 200 grams butter
- 200 grams sugar
- 200 grams plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 6 to 8 cup cases
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Beat together 200 grams butter and 200 grams sugar. Then add ½ tsp vanilla essence, 200 grams plain flour, 3 eggs and 1 tsp baking powder and fold. Pour the prepared mixture in 6 to 8 cup cases and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 c for 20 minutes. Extra Easy Cup Cakes are ready to enjoy.
