Doodh ka Meetha
Ingredients
- 2 liters milk
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet cream
- ½ cup rice flour
- ½ cup clarified butter
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp kewra
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Sliced almonds and pistachios
Method
- In a cooking pot, boil 2 liters milk. When it reaches boiling point, add 2 tbsp lemon juice and cook for a few more moments. Then sieve the milk and drain away water. In another cooking pot, add milk and 250 grams sugar and stir well on high flame.
- When it turns golden brown, add ½ cup rice flour stirred in ½ cup clarified butter. Also add 1 tbsp kewra, ½ tsp cardamom and 1 packet cream and mix.
- Take out in a tray and sprinkle sliced almonds and pistachios on top of it and serve.
