Doodh ka Meetha


Ingredients
  • 2 liters milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet cream
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ cup clarified butter
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp kewra
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sliced almonds and pistachios
Method
  1. In a cooking pot, boil 2 liters milk. When it reaches boiling point, add 2 tbsp lemon juice and cook for a few more moments. Then sieve the milk and drain away water. In another cooking pot, add milk and 250 grams sugar and stir well on high flame. 
  2. When it turns golden brown, add ½ cup rice flour stirred in ½ cup clarified butter. Also add 1 tbsp kewra, ½ tsp cardamom and 1 packet cream and mix. 
  3. Take out in a tray and sprinkle sliced almonds and pistachios on top of it and serve.
