Chicken Strips with Honey Mustard


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast boneless 4
  • Low fat milk ¼ cup
  • Flour ¼ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Dipping sauce ingredients:
  • Honey ½ cup
  • Mustard ¼ cup
Method
  1. In a large bowl take 4 chicken breast boneless strips. Pour ¼ cup of milk into the bowl and fold them. Now place them on butter paper. In small bowl mix ¼ cup flour, 1/4 tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper. Sprinkle over the chicken strips, turning the chicken to coat evenly, shake to remove excess. 
  2. In a large nonstick frying pan heat the oil. Place the chicken strips in an even layer in the pan. Now fry them for 2 minutes turning once on each side until golden brown. Now remove and place on paper towels to drain.To make the dipping sauce, combine ½ cup honey and ¼ cup mustard in a small bowl. Stir to mix evenly.
