Chicken Steaks


Ingredients
  • Chicken fillet 4
  • Lemon 2
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Salt To taste
Method
  1. Slightly chop 4 pieces of chicken fillet using a heavy knife. Marinate these fillets with juice of 2 lemons, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp honey and salt to taste. 
  2. Heat the griller and grease it. Spread chicken steaks on the griller. When golden brown, brush them with oil. Serve these delicious chicken steaks with garlic bread.
