Chicken Steaks
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 4
- Lemon 2
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Salt To taste
Method
- Slightly chop 4 pieces of chicken fillet using a heavy knife. Marinate these fillets with juice of 2 lemons, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp honey and salt to taste.
- Heat the griller and grease it. Spread chicken steaks on the griller. When golden brown, brush them with oil. Serve these delicious chicken steaks with garlic bread.
