Brownies with Chocolate Sauce


Ingredients
  • 50 grams chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams plain flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
Ingredients for sauce
  • 50 grams chocolate
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
Method
  1. In a cooking pot, add 100 grams sugar, 100 grams butter and 50 grams chocolate and allow cooking on low flame. Shift the mixture in another pot and allow to cool. 
  2. Then add 2 beaten eggs and 100 grams plain flour to it and beat with an electric beater. Also add 1 cup white chocolate chips. 
  3. Grease a baking tray and spread this mixture on it. Bake in a pre heated oven for half an hour.
  4. For sauce, cook together 50 grams chocolate, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp cream and 2 tbsp butter on low flame. Cut brownies into squares and pour chocolate sauce on top of it and serve.
