Brownies with Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
- 50 grams chocolate
- 100 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 grams plain flour
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
Ingredients for sauce
- 50 grams chocolate
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- In a cooking pot, add 100 grams sugar, 100 grams butter and 50 grams chocolate and allow cooking on low flame. Shift the mixture in another pot and allow to cool.
- Then add 2 beaten eggs and 100 grams plain flour to it and beat with an electric beater. Also add 1 cup white chocolate chips.
- Grease a baking tray and spread this mixture on it. Bake in a pre heated oven for half an hour.
- For sauce, cook together 50 grams chocolate, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp cream and 2 tbsp butter on low flame. Cut brownies into squares and pour chocolate sauce on top of it and serve.
