Arvi Masala Tikya


Ingredients
  • 200 grams arvi
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • ¼ bunch coriander
  • 1 medium ginger
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Firstly boil 200 grams arvi and 2 potatoes together and take it out and mash them. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, ¼ bunch coriander, 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 medium onion, 3 finely chopped green chilies, 1 medium ginger and salt to taste in it and mix it properly. 
  2. Form small balls and keep it aside. Add together 1 cup gram flour, salt to taste and water as required to form a mixture. In a pan, heat oil and dip small balls gram mixture and deep fry them. Delicious Arvi Masala Tikka is ready.
