Arvi Masala Tikya
Ingredients
- 200 grams arvi
- 1 medium onion
- 2 potatoes
- 3 green chilies
- 1 cup gram flour
- ¼ bunch coriander
- 1 medium ginger
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- Oil for frying
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Firstly boil 200 grams arvi and 2 potatoes together and take it out and mash them. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, ¼ bunch coriander, 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 medium onion, 3 finely chopped green chilies, 1 medium ginger and salt to taste in it and mix it properly.
- Form small balls and keep it aside. Add together 1 cup gram flour, salt to taste and water as required to form a mixture. In a pan, heat oil and dip small balls gram mixture and deep fry them. Delicious Arvi Masala Tikka is ready.
